1. Booking & Payment

This is a paid event. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Age Groups & Session Eligibility

Our workshops are grouped by age to ensure an appropriate and enjoyable experience for all children:
- Morning sessions are for children aged 8–12
- Afternoon sessions are for children aged 13–16
Children must be booked into the correct age group. We reserve the right to decline participation if the child does not meet the age criteria for their session.

3. Parental Consent & Attendance

By booking, you confirm you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and give permission for them to attend.
Parents/carers are expected to drop off and collect children on time.
Parents are not permitted to stay on-site during the session unless specifically arranged in advance.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our cakes contain milk, eggs, and wheat (gluten), and are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens.
We cannot accommodate allergy-related requests. Participation is at your own risk.

5. Supervision & Safety

Each session is fully supervised by JoJo and trained assistants.
All staff are DBS-checked and experienced in working with children.
While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, JoJoBakes accepts no liability for accidents or injuries unless caused by proven negligence.

6. Photography

We may take photos during workshops for promotional use (e.g., Instagram, website).
Consent for photography is requested at booking, and you may choose to opt out.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable, as materials will have been purchased and prepared.
If we must cancel an event, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

8. Behaviour Policy

We maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
We reserve the right to remove a child from the session (without refund) if their behaviour poses a risk to others or significantly disrupts the class. Parent/Guardian will be called to collect child from session.
